General Use

  • All bookings made via our platform are subject to availability and acceptance by third-party suppliers.
  • We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use implies acceptance of any changes.

Booking Conditions

  • All reservations are made through third-party suppliers (hotels, transport providers, tour operators). Gateway to Saudi acts only as a facilitator.
  • By placing a booking, you agree to abide by the respective supplier's rules and conditions.
  • Instant Bookings: Immediately confirmed based on live availability.
  • On-Request Bookings: Subject to supplier confirmation. You will be informed within 24–48 hours of availability.

Payment & Pricing

  • All payments must be made in full as per the booking requirements.
  • Prices are quoted in the selected currency and include any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices may vary depending on room type, number of guests, services included, and seasonal availability.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Flexible Bookings: May be cancelled or modified before the specified deadline stated during booking. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14–21 working days.
  • Non-Refundable Bookings: These bookings are not eligible for cancellation or refund once confirmed.
  • No-Shows: 100% charges apply. No refund will be issued for non-arrivals or unused services.

Group Bookings

  • Any reservation exceeding 9 rooms or 21 nights is treated as a group booking and may be subject to different terms and pricing.
  • Group bookings must be coordinated through our customer support for proper arrangements.

Liability & Disclaimers

  • Gateway to Saudi acts only as an intermediary agent between customers and travel service providers.
  • We are not responsible for any direct or indirect loss, delays, damages, or expenses incurred due to supplier errors, overbookings, cancellations, or force majeure events.
  • While we strive to provide accurate content (descriptions, images, amenities), we do not guarantee its completeness or accuracy.

Changes by Supplier

  • In the event of any changes to accommodation or services by the supplier, you will be offered a suitable alternative or refund, subject to the supplier’s policy.
  • Gateway to Saudi is not liable for third-party decisions or sudden service changes.

Travel Documents & Responsibilities

  • It is your responsibility to ensure valid passports, visas, health insurance, and other required travel documents.
  • Any failure to comply with immigration, health, or airline regulations may result in denied entry or boarding without liability on our part.

Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, or political unrest.
